Refund policy

At Highlands Bookshop, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If a return is necessary, here is how it works.

Return Eligibility

• Time frame: You may return your purchase within 14 days of receipt.
• Condition: Items must be returned in the same condition in which you received them, in their original packaging.

Return Process

• Starting a return: Email us at highlandsbookshop@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply with instructions.
• Return shipping: The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend a trackable shipping service, and insurance for higher-value items.

Refunds

• Inspection: Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and let you know whether your refund is approved.
• Processing: Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method, usually within 5–7 business days.

Exceptions

• Non-returnable items: Sale items, special orders and items marked as final sale cannot be returned.
• Damaged or incorrect items: If your order arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us right away. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including shipping.
