Shopping

We offer global shipping. As a default, we use Canada Post for shipping, and will ship to any destination served by Canada Post. Please keep in mind that certain shipping methods/destinations, like International Surface shipping to Australia or Singapore, do not come with tracking and may take up to 3 months to arrive.
If a different courier if preferable, please contact us directly, and we’ll make every effort to accomodate.

All orders are processed and shipped the same or next business day. We strive to ensure that your order reaches you as soon as possible.

Shipping costs vary depending on the destination and the size of the order. The total shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.
Please contact us if you’d like to arrange shipping via another courier.

Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor the progress of your delivery. Please note that some Canada Post shipping methods, such as International Surface delivery, does not come with tracking.

Returns

We offer a 14-day return policy. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of receipt.

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please ensure the book is returned in the same condition it was received to be eligible for a refund.

To initiate a return, please contact us with your order details. We will provide instructions on how to proceed with the return process.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. It may take up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Payments and Orders

We accept various payment methods including credit/debit cards, PayPal, as well as Apple and Google Pay. We accept cash purchases for orders picked locally (but please note that we have restrictions around how long we can hold an item reserved).

Absolutely. We make every effort to verify the authenticity and be fully transparent about the condition of all books that come into our collection. Please see item photos to confirm condition.

Orders can be canceled or modified before they are shipped. Please contact us immediately if you need to make changes to your order.

Yes, we offer gift wrapping and special packaging options. Please indicate your request during checkout.
